YouTube. I LOVE youtube. I am a PROUD youtube addict! lol! No it's true, I go on youtube almost everyday. I just recently created a second account (the link listed here) in truth, I've been on youtube for over a year, I have a seperate account, this account is where I actually make my own videos and post them, mostly commentary. I often get asked odd questions, like what is youtube? Or what is the big deal about youtube? Don't you find that boring? A waste of your time? And I'm like what??!! Are you insane? What is youtube? Obviously you aren't computer savvy, or have been in a deep coma or something! my goodness! Bored with youtube??! Oy! If you're bored on youtube, you're not subscribed to the right people!! I highly reccommend Winger1212, Bnessel1973,Mythreeguys,Geneticblend..just to name a few! They make awesome videos!! I wish I could come up with the witty videos that they do! Anyways I was planning to make a video response to brian's video "Has youtube changed for you too?" but it never turned out right so I guess it wasn't meant to be, so I thought I would answer that here. As I said I've been with youtube over a year, this is my <B>NEW ACCOUNT</b>, and the answer to that would be <b>yes</b>. Why you ask? Well with success comes change. And that can be hard sometimes. I remember when I first joined youtube, and it was just so simple and easy to make connections with people, make new friends and all that. But today, it is so different. You can't form those connections like you were able to do in the past. Also we have a new look going on, Active Sharing. What does everyone think of that? I think it's pretty cool actually. Are you stuck? Can't find any entertaining videos to watch anymore? Just go to one of your favorite subscriptions or subscribers (Hope they have active sharing on) and see what they are watching! And your problem will be fixed! Simple as that!<br> Now I have an update: New Page! This page is dedicated to Angelcheeks. With the help of Andrea (mythreeguys)I have been able to put this page together. I really want to help in promoting this awesome foundation, so I have lots of angelcheeks related information.I plan to keep you updated anything and everything angelcheeks so everyone can be informed and contribute! So check back regularly! Click <a href="ac.html">here</a> to visit the page. Also I'm going to take this week and probably the middle of next week off, I have finals coming up so I need to concentrate on that so I won't be able to update too much with videos or a blog, but I'm going to do my best, but school has to come first! That's what people keep telling me anyways! lol! Okay That's all I got for now!!<br> <b> As you were...</b><br> </tbody> </table><table cellpadding="3" cellspacing="5" height="1" width="440"> <tbody> <tr> <td valign="top" width="440" height="155"> <table cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1" height="1" width="440"></center> <table cellpadding="3" cellspacing="5" height="1" width="440"> <tbody> <tr> <td class="heading" height="1" width="440"> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px">SIDS AND THE ANGELCHEEKS FOUNDATION</p></td></tr> <tr> <td class="postend" height="1" width="440"> </td></tr> <tr> <td class="content" height="1" width="440"> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px">Recently, well a few weeks ago I was introduced to the AngelCheeks foundation (which is mentioned throughout this site) and to SIDS in all honesty. I mean yes I knew what SIDS[SUDDEN INFANT DEATH SYNDROME] was before but when I learned about it in high school there wasn't much to it. Then I found this page on youtube talking about the death of their child, and of the foundation that their family started. The Angelcheeks foundation. This is such a wonderful cause because what it does is helps grieving parents who lose their child so suddenly in truly honor their child with the appropiate services. This way the family doesn't have to worry about money. The key is to have life insurance for your children! So you don't ever have to worry about this. I mean know one wants to think or believe that something will ever happen to their child, but sadly, it can. I honestly don't think enough research is being done. It isn't. This isn't talked about enough. For example I grew up on daytime tv, soap operas. I've watched the young and the restless for as long as I can remember. I watch Days from time to time. I watched days steadily for four years until I got bored with it, and not once have they mentioned SIDS, as a possibility for the many children who have been born in that town, not once. Neither has the young and the restless. Daytime is perfect for this. A lot of mothers watch daytime, and this would be the perfect storyline. A useful storyline. I can't think of a single soap who has even attempted at mentioning the horrible fatality. I think it's because their afraid, we just don't know enough.<br> </tbody> </table><table cellpadding="3" cellspacing="5" height="1" width="440"> <tbody> <tr> <table cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1" height="1" width="440"></center> <table cellpadding="3" cellspacing="5" height="1" width="440"> <tbody> <tr> <td class="heading" height="1" width="440"> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px">Into the Wild</p></td></tr> <tr> <td class="postend" height="1" width="440"> </td></tr> <tr> <td class="content" height="1" width="440"> <p style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"> Anyone seen Sean Penn’s “Into The Wild”? I’m sure many of you have. I’m probably one of the last to have seen this movie, or to even have heard about Christopher Mcanless and his story. It’s sad that I never heard of him until recently especially when his story took place, well part of it, really close to home. In Alaska, where I live. I don’t live out in the wilderness no, I live in the city but it’s still pretty damn close. So anyway my latest English assignment is an analysis on the film, which I saw last week. I thought it would be good to talk about, since I have to write about it anyways. When I watching the film, I was like ‘what the hell is wrong with this guy?’ I couldn’t understand why he wanted to go on this “journey” of his, when he had a great life ahead of him. You could say that he was spoiled rich kid, maybe, but that wasn’t it. I wouldn’t call him spoiled, selfish? Perhaps. Selfish to not at least tell his sister what he was doing. He wouldn’t have to explain why, something tells me she would understand. He should have at least told her that he was alive. I personally think his death, his journey was pointless. This journey could have been avoided, there are better, safer ways to find yourself, without killing yourself. Now don’t get me wrong I truly believe that Chris/Alex wanted to live, he did, through nature. The mistake he made was to underestimate mother nature. He didn’t necessarily believe in god to a point as I understand it, so he decided that through this journey he became his own god and would be able to have everything under control? I don’t know what was going through his head, whatever it was, it needed to be examined and analyzed. There are those who suspect that Chris had some mental impairments, that could be an explanation, at least partly as to his actions. Whether or not this is true really isn’t anyone’s business, but his families, but it is something that can give his family comfort, knowing that he didn’t know what he was doing. This wasn’t Chris, he didn’t do this on purpose he didn’t know any better, if he could take it back he would. I don’t think that is true exactly, however, I don’t believe he would want to take it back. Maybe as he was dying he took it as a sign. His journey was finished. For whatever reason he wasn’t meant to finish this journey. Maybe it was a sign that mother nature was much to strong for Chris to handle. It’s amazing that after 15 years, this is still being talked about. People still go out and see that abandoned bus in which Chris/Alex died in. I ask why? Why would you want to go to a place where someone died? What to try and understand him? People go there and steal things, his things. Why would you want to disturb a persons final resting place? Another question that I have is why did he change his name from Christopher Mcanless to Alexander Supertramp? Well I could see that he changed it because perhaps he wanted to be re-born but why Alexander Supertramp? Many people have followed Chris/Alex and left notes to him saying that you inspired me to do this. Well I don’t think that that is what he wanted. This was his journey of finding himself, not starting a trend! It defeats it’s purpose, it’s not longer special, it’s not longer his if every brother and his neighbor is doing the same thing. Christopher’s story is tragic, and as Sherry Simpson wrote, “A fuck-up”. </tbody> </table><table cellpadding="3" cellspacing="5" height="1" width="440"> <tbody> <tr>
